Obama Invites Openly Gay Episcopalian Minister to Pre-Inaugural Breakfast!

Ahhh... Ye of little faith. ;-)

Word is that Barack Obama has now invited openly gay Episcopal Bishop Gene Robinson to deliver the opening prayer at an important Sunday pre-inaugural event at the Lincoln Memorial.

(Although it would have been better in my eyes to invite Warren to the Sunday event and Robinson to the inauguration itself, but honestly, I'm not splitting any more hairs over this....)

UPDATE: Okay the Sunday event is the TOTALLY COOL event that will have more people than the inaugural itself since the entertainment is better and it's totally free and open to the public. (This was a good call overall after the Warren pr disaster.)
