No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.<BR/><BR/>I have been deprive of a way of life, by being forced to close two of my entities, due State Officials harassment lack of professionalism, lack of respect and no communication.<BR/><BR/>Liberty means: freedom; going beyond normal limits. Having three different entities with in one year is going beyond normal limits. State Officials have denied me of the privilege as well. <BR/><BR/>Property means: some thing owned; I will never be able to own another childcare center in the State of Wisconsin or an adult family home, due to State Officials harassment. The Department of Bureau Regulation and Licensing (BRL). BRL sent me a e-mail with them having a conversation plotting against me and making jokes about the entities that I have with the Department of Quality and Assurance (DQA). DQA sent us a notice of violation we responded back it has been over a month and we still have not heard from a DQA in regards to their notice of violation. Why haven’t we heard back from them because we were never in any violation? The rule requires that each party respond back with in 30days. I know we responded back. BRL renewed my license for childcare with out making a visit to the facility they renewed them through the mail. Is that a new rule? <BR/>BRL have accused me of so many things that have been unfounded. HARRASMENT: Because of these unethical actions shown by State Officials they have Abridge my privileges my income has lessen to the point of no income, now my home is in foreclosure, my van has been Repo. <BR/><BR/>My Non-profit Transportation company was denied grant funding. State Officials sent us a letter stating it is “FELT” that if they fund us it would be a conflict of interest. Is FELT a law, regulation, or rule? I was the only minority business woman sitting at the <BR/>“ROUND TABE” is that the real conflict of interest? State Officials have deprived us without due process of the law, depriving us from property, liberty and a way of life. <BR/><BR/>Who does the constitution protects?
